1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Great Lake Lounge website (greatlakelounge.com) or by engaging our event hosting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or engage our services.

2. Services Description

Great Lake Lounge provides social entertainment event hosting services, including the supply, setup and management of hosted table experiences for private, corporate and premium venue events. All table activities are conducted for social entertainment purposes only. No real money is involved at any table, and there is no wagering, or real-prize element in any activity we provide.

3. Event Bookings and Agreements

An event booking is confirmed only upon the execution of a written event agreement and receipt of the agreed deposit. Verbal agreements, email confirmations and website enquiry submissions do not constitute a binding booking. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion prior to the execution of a formal event agreement.

4. Payments and Deposits

Our payment terms are outlined in each individual event agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, a deposit is required to confirm and hold an event date, with the balance due prior to the event date as specified in the agreement. All prices are in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

5.1 Cancellation by the Client

Cancellation terms are specified in each event agreement. In general, cancellations made more than 30 days before the event date are subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the deposit paid. Cancellations made within 30 days of the event date may be subject to a higher cancellation fee as specified in the event agreement.

5.2 Rescheduling

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests, subject to availability. Rescheduling terms are specified in each event agreement.

5.3 Cancellation by Great Lake Lounge

In the event that we are unable to fulfil a confirmed booking due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, we will notify you as early as practicable and refund any deposits or payments made. Our liability in such circumstances is limited to the return of payments received.

6. Client Responsibilities

By booking our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate event information including venue details, guest count and timing requirements
• Ensure that the venue is made available to our team at the agreed setup time
• Ensure that our team is able to work safely and without interference at the venue
• Inform us promptly of any material changes to the event that may affect our ability to deliver the agreed services
• Be responsible for the conduct of your guests in relation to our staff and equipment

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Great Lake Lounge's liability to you for any claim arising from our services is limited to the total fees paid by you for the specific event in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental damages arising from your use of our services or website.

8. Website Use

The content of this website is provided for information purposes only. While we take care to ensure accuracy, we make no warranties regarding the completeness, accuracy or timeliness of the information presented. We reserve the right to modify the website content at any time without notice.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, design elements and other materials — is the intellectual property of Great Lake Lounge and may not be reproduced, distributed or used without our prior written consent.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The date of the most recent revision is shown at the top of this page. Your continued use of our website following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
